In 7th grade, Lake Austin Ticktockers focus on the Elderly and Children with minimum hours requirements of 10 for their philanthropy efforts.  In 8th grade the girls are required to increase their philanthropy hours to a minimum of 15 hours.  This increase continues annually through 11th grade.  Focus areas for these years include the Arts and Community Involvement for 8th; Families and Environment for 9th; Hunger and Community Involvement for 10th; and Families in Crisis for 11th.  As Lake Austin Ticktockers enter their Senior/12th grade year their minimum hours requirement returns to 10 with a Class Choice focus allowing that class to choose their favorite experience and return to it as a group.
